Hi! I'm Tiree.
Growing up health & fitness never came naturally to me, it was something I knew was good for me but I really struggled to enjoy. I was always looking for instant gratification and chasing a 'quick fix' to a long term problem.
After years of trial and error I've mastered what it takes to re-create your lifestyle habits and live your healthiest life, building results that last long term! Now with seven years working in the fitness industry, my mission is giving women the support, tools and guidance to transform their lives and feel fully confident in and out of the gym!

Since coaching with Tiree, I have seen results in four weeks that I have been trying to achieve for the last year on my own, with no success. I had a personal trainer for a while, which helped with basic weight lifting moves. However, going only once a week and not having the knowledge I needed about nutrition and progressive overload was obviously not yielding the results I was after.What has surprised me the most is that it doesn’t feel restrictive in terms of food, and I have still been able to socialize and enjoy dinners out with friends without feeling like I have 'ruined everything' by doing so. I have found that this approach has really helped me stay consistent and maintain a positive mindset. The weekly check-ins have played a significant role in keeping me accountable. Having Tiree check in with me and sensing her genuine excitement for any small victories I achieve has been brilliant. She's incredibly responsive and very knowledgeable.
