SHANIA TAKES HOME SILVER! 🥈✨

From never wanting to compete again, to taking home silver in her first and only swimsuit class.
What a weekend for our girl Shania! 🥹🥈
After 24 weeks of giving this prep absolutely everything, Shania stepped onstage at ICN New Zealand this weekend and came home with SILVER in Swimsuit Open!
Â
The lineup was HUGE. It was one of the biggest shows ICN New Zealand has ever seen, with some classes featuring more than 20 athletes and needing to be split just so the judges could run comparisons.
Â
Shania entered both Bikini and Swimsuit, despite never having competed in Swimsuit category before. In fact, she wasn’t even originally planning to enter Swimsuit, which makes walking away with second place even more incredible!
Â
Over the past 24 weeks, she has undergone an amazing transformation while juggling mum life, work commitments and everything else that comes with real life. She has consistently been the hardest worker in the room, remained positive through every stage of prep and brought a package that beat her previous one by miles!!!
Â
What makes me proudest isn’t just the medal or the physical transformation. It’s the experience she had getting there!
Â

Only a year ago, Shania wasn’t sure she would ever compete again after having such a negative experience within the sport.
This time, she stepped onstage feeling supported, proud and genuinely excited to be there. Being able to help create such a positive experience for her has meant so much to me.
And we’re only getting started! We already have the foundations of her off-season mapped out, and we’re so excited to put our heads down, make improvements and continue focusing on one goal: coming back better than her previous package every time.
Â
If you’re a mum who currently feels stuck, like you’re putting in the work but never getting anywhere, please let Shania’s journey remind you that your current season doesn’t define what’s possible for you.
Â
Sometimes, you simply need the right structure, support and plan to help you find your way forward.
Â
A huge thank you to the entire UPLIFT community for standing behind Shania and cheering her on. She received so much love and support and it was incredibly special to witness.
Â
Shania, I could not be prouder of you. You earned every bit of this moment. 🥈🩷
Â
Big Love
T xx
